    I booked a kayaking experience for my son and I the last weekend of July. We were told to wait in the ********* parking lot to be picked up. We waited almost an hour with another couple wondering what the heck was going on. Once the cab finally showed we were taken to the drop off point. Once there I noticed that there were no kayaks. Just a canoe and two inflatables for the other couple. I informed the guy that they got my rental wrong. He said it would take ten minutes to get our kayaks and be back to us in no time. Well after another half an hour we were still waiting. Jaimie said he would refund us the money for the rental that day and I would see it within 7-10 business days. It is October and after many phone calls and emails I have yet to see it. I am very disappointed with this company.

    After some confusion with their online booking service, I decided to cancel and ask for a refund. The owner said yes to a refund but never actually gave it. I have phoned 3 times, emailed and ****** reviewed. They never responded and I never got my money back.
