  Fantastic! I highly recommend their roofing knowledge and skill. I needed an emergency repair from a wind storm at Christmas that removed multiple shingles. I called Gina at AM Group and she assured me they would be out to patch it the next day ! Perfect! When she called to let me know the repair was completed, she explained that the roof was old and in need of replacement. I asked for a replacement quote and was very pleased they had deducted the repair cost from the quote. They completed the replacement in early spring and did a great job! The roof looks good and there was no mess!

  Delays after delays to get the roof replaced and cleaned up . The eavestroughs are blocked , AM keeps on delaying in coming to unblock them , meanwhile moisture is getting onto the basement wall because the down pipe is blocked . The water from rain is running over the downpipe , down the wall of the house , onto the hydro meter and getting inside the basement Part of the overpriced contract was to clean the eavestrough , has not happened

  We had a window and a door replaced . The work was late ,rushed and sloppy and when I tried to follow-up with my concerns about the sloppy rushed work they had me talking to a person in the US at my expense and refused to come back or help out. Ended up having another person come in the help. I would Not recommend them **** ** ** *******.

  Hi *** I'm very sorry to hear of your misfortune. - I can assure that you were not speaking with anyone in the United States. We set up all of our customer communication portals where the customers have direct communication with us and you did not download the app for it. - Your contract for the project was signed on May 31st, ordered the week after and was installed the week of September 5th which falls within our projections of a 2-3 months of install from remeasure. - I can understand the miscommunication with the light cover being covered but we did cover the cost of a new light for you as well as a new door handle. Very sorry that you feel after all this to still leave a negative review. Wish you all the best

  We are new to the Owen Sound area and just purchased a resale home. We noticed a leak in the garage that originated somewhere along the roof line. After finding the original install was by AM Group, I figured we could call them and see what could be done. Assuming it was a lost cause as the house was a 2016 build, I prepared for a run around and firm no, I was completely surprised to deal with the office manager Gina M, who listened to my concern and said she would send someone out to investigate the problem and let us know what we could do. Rob B showed up and had a look around the entire roof for issues and noticed one area where the shingle was needing to be replaced, he went back to the shop to get a matching colour, and re-caulked some corners in the roofline/window pop out. Recieved a call a few days later from Gina again to follow up to ensure I was satisfied with the work and repair. Very pleased from start to finish in their service and work explanation.
