    So here's my story with this establishment I went in to have my Phone Battery Replaced I booked the appointment online and despite saying I want Email communicate they proceeded to call me while I'm at work interrupting me for no reason.When i got to the shop instead of just immediately taking the Phone and starting the Repair they decided to try and upsell me on everything he kept adding things I had to stop him and ask how much is the bill he said almost $200 that I recall I had to tell him no I only want the battery replacement which was about $100 So when i got the phone back and went home I noticed that the Up volume key was not working anymore it was working perfectly fine the day before I contacted them and received no response funny that they will call you straight away when it comes to them making money not so much when it comes to fixing their mistakes and not making money from it.Completely unprofessional if I had just spent the extra $3 that apple told me it would cost I would not have to deal with the non OEM battery warning or the broken button let that sink.I was going to spend more money on other repairs here in the future given the location however after this no thank you and will never recommend this place to anyone.
