    I had a express hair ***** treatment done this Oct 2024 from Exhalo Spa located at *********, ******. The stylist who performed the treatment over my hair is ***. After my first hair wash which was 2 days post the treatment, my hair was back to its original state with no change and ZERO effect of the treatment. On my visit to clinic, *** was unsure of the product being used and time frame required including the procedures and materials being used. This is a complete fraud and use of fake products on customers and fooling them. They charged me $170 and had nothing to make up post my complaint.I want to file a complaint against Exhalo Spa and demand a complete refund.The owner/Director ***** is not responding to the emails.I warn people residing here in ******, beware of stepping into exhalo Spa.

    We're very saddenned to read this review ***** especially after you had two Consultations with our Stylists, explaining the results to expect from our Express Hair ***** Treatment. We apologize again that you did not get the outcome you expected. Please know, this is not a chemical straightener. It's simply designed to eliminates frizz, restores hair moisture, prevents breakage, and stimulates hair growth. Its safe for all hair textures and types, and allows results within an hour. It should last a min. of 4 weeks (when using the porper home care products). We have since already offered to re-do it for you, and refunded your money in full within less than 24 hours after you notified of your unsatisfaction. We responded within hours, and take great pride in both our customer service and spa/salon services. Again, we are sorry to hear you're still unhappy..
