    Terrible experience they consistently debit an account that should not be debited and the debited twice each month after cancellation three months ago customer service is terrible. Nobody answered the phone or answers back emails.

    1. I sent an email about my account which had been closed because I was 'out of commission' after a stroke, and now that I was feeling better I wanted/needed to get started up in business again.2. I use a mail tracking program.... my email was opened and read over 40 times in less than 48 hours.3. In less than 48 hours I had emails from 4 ***'s offering to assist me in getting a new account. 2 hours after the first phone call I was back in business with a new terminal on its way.4. I explained that one of the side effects of my stroke was short-term ***********. This was "not a problem, ***, what we'll do is send you written step-by-step so you can do everything and of course, here's my direct number if you get into problems."So, in less than 48 hours from saying "I really need to reopen my account to accept credit and debit cards, I have my account and my terminal is being shipped.I don't call this 'good customer service" - I call it ****** *************************** Almost instant communication, full understanding of the difficulties I face with *********** etc, 4 emails and a phone call from different CSR's .... Amazon, eat your heart out!

    This company charge my account $565 for no reasons I would like to have the amount re imbursed, they mislead people, clients and employees. Very dishonest.

    They made you go through a hassle just to make an extra $40 from you. When I sent the request to cancel the service 5 business days before the month end, the rep ******* my request and kept asking why I wanted to cancel. I repeatedly said I don't accept credit card payments anymore and just don't need the machine, and I would like to cancel the account. She kept insisting that I leave the account open. I clearly stated on three occasions that I don't want it, I just want to cancel. After so much back and forth, we are now on the 10th day of the next month. Guess what? The new statement comes in with the monthly charges. I was told that if you cancel your service 7 days into a new month, you are charged for the monthly fee. I had to re-explain the situation to 3 reps again. All they said was, "I can assure you that the account is now closed; there will be no more charges." They don't seem to understand that I was calling to waive the monthly fee charged since I wanted to cancel 5 business days before the month end. They kept delaying my request and want to charge me for one more month. For $40, they play games with you and keep repeating that the account is now closed, and you will not get further charges. They ignore your request to reverse the monthly charge because the account should've been canceled, if they didn't delay the process.
