  The night before a family dinner, water ceased to run in my house.   Mr Rooter came soon after I called, did an assessment and found that the water line in the well had sprung a leak (I am not on city water).   In a couple of days they arrived with qualified technicians (******* ****** ****) and necessary equipment including a backhoe. We had an above-ground pump and decided to replace it with a new submersible pump and pressure tank.  The workers knew their business, arrived at the committed time and ensured that we understood the problem and recommended work.   However, there were a series of problems that resulted in almost three weeks without water.   During this time Mr Rooter assigned an excellent technician, ****, to resolve the issues in our house ensuring that we had running water and were fully satisfied with their work.  **** did excellent work, was personable, worked extended hours and ensured that we understood the issues and recommended course of action.  Mr. Rooter also replaced a water softener that was damaged beyond repair.   Mr Rooter stands behind their work.  We are fully satisfied.

  Last Spring, I hired this company for a major job and after only 2 days of completion, problems occurred. They were called back immediately put blame on another issue. As a result, thousands have been spent finding the source. It has recently been discovered that it is actually due to their faulty work. I have reached out to this company but they still refuse to admit any wrongdoing.

  Our service manager has reviewed the report provided by ********************* foundation contractors as well as spoken to the same contractor.

  The report indicated that the water coming over the slab in her home, is due to hydrostatic pressure because of excessive amount of water sitting above grade and in the soil itself below frost level making its way down the side of the foundation and even through the weeping tile is in functional order, it cannot handle this excess. 
  
  Based on the contractors verbal feedback and report, our service manager requested a meeting with ***************** and her contractor to review the situation. 
  
  ***************** has indicated that she is not interested in that meeting.  
  
  We would be very happy to meet with ***************** and her contractor at any time.

  We hired Mr. ********************** to replace the exterior water service (replacing lead pipes) and sanitary sewer (damaged by roots) at our home. Their team was great! They carefully explained all the issues, provided detailed written descriptions of the options, responded patiently to our questions, kept us informed as the work was carried out, and completed the work on schedule. In addition they were polite, helpful and paid attention to details throughout the process. The office staff ensured that calls were answered promptly, schedules were communicated, and we knew exactly when workers would arrive.

  I called for emergency plumbing services at 4:30pm and was told someone would be out that night. When I called at 8:30pm I was told that I was "next on the list". When I called at 10:30pm they said they'd check on it and get back to me in 5 minutes. They did not, so I called back at 11:00pm, and they said they would "escalate me", and that I was still on the list to have someone come "today". No one came. They called back at 7am, offering an appointment for an 11am - 1pm window. I said I no longer believed anything their call centre was telling me, and chose to find a different plumbing service. I'm leaving this review because I initially chose this service because of all of the very positive reviews online.
