5-Star Review for Pardon Applications Canada I had a very positive experience with Pardon Applications Canada. From the beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They clearly explained the steps involved in the pardon application process and were always available to answer my questions in a timely and courteous manner. I appreciated how they handled my case with care and discretion, and their support made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. Thanks to their expertise, I was able to move forward with confidence and peace of mind. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to apply for a record suspension in Canada.

I had a great experience with PAC - my Waiver was started earlier this year, its just been completed and now I'm waiting for USA to send me my travel document. The price was exactly what they said when I initially contacted them. Now if you want phone support whenever, they charge for premium support, its like 150$ for the year. But if you don't want to pay that you have to pay 7.50$ per appointment you make, via phone. All email and text updates are free and they called ME when their was an issue with one of my court houses during my application. So yeah, great service!

I had a contract with them to get rid of my criminal record. After paying just under $2000 I finished all my payments.3 months after finishing my payment with them they decided to charge my credit card for $450 and I've tried calling countless times to speak with them about it and no one will answer my calls or call me back. I'm currently disputing it with the credit card company now. I am so disgusted with how they conduct business.

I started my application almost 2 years ago. The process has stalled and they want 150$ just for me to email and ask what is needed to continue the application. Stuck in *****. ******.

PAC got me my record suspension (pardon), with minimal effort from me. Although it did take longer than I initially thought it would (it took 16 months total). But I would 100% recommend them if youre looking to get a record suspension done successfully.

Even though the process was simple, it takes quite a lot of time to go through the entire process. I had an expedited service and it took 5 years. The biggest and slowest part is paying, if you choose monthly payments, until it is paid in full they will not process anything. FYI if you need to appeal the ************ of Canada's decision, you it yourself otherwise you would have to pay for Pardon Applications of Canada to process it again at a cost of $1500. For the amount of money, $3500 total, I would if I have to do this again, do it all myself for a lesser cost. 10 years after being charged I have received my pardon and can move on with my life finally.

Although process had to halt during the pandemic, they stayed on the case and helped me to be granted a pardon which makes me so very grateful.

We appreciate the review. It's true that many courts in Canada stopped working or had significantly reduced services during the pandemic which did cause delays. For clarification, however, PAC never stopped working!
