    I ordered and paid for some outdoor lights from this company on 23 November 2022. The items were due to ship from ******* so I was led to believe. On 15 Dec 2022 after not hearing anything I emailed and called to cancel the order. The call went to voicemail and was never responded to. The following day I was told via email that the items had shipped and was provided with a shipping reference. When I checked the reference that day and the following day I discovered that it did not exist.On 17 Dec ***** when I enquired where my items were I received an email saying the items had been returned to the company for and unknown reason. I was told that I would get a refund via E-transfer, which seemed a bit odd as I have paid via credit card. None the less I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. For the following month I emailed constantly asking where my E-transfer was but never received a reply or the money.Thankfully as I had purchased via credit card at the end of Feb 2023 I received a refund from the credit card company following my complaint.That is my experience. Sad I had to give 1 star in order to write this review.

    Non existent customer service. Company has admitted to selling counterfeit Bose QC 45 headphones. I called and asked the rep if they are an authorized Bose dealer, as their ad states. Answer: he hung up on me. I have filed a complaint and transaction is being disputed. Avoid this company!

    Ordered from here--terrible idea. Impossible to get ahold of them through phone or email.my emails get rejected and the phone directs me to some garbage message. what a nightmare.. how can this be legal !

    **** QC HEADPHONES NEVER SHIPPED REPORTED BY OFF DUTY POLICE OFFICER ** December 31, reporting customer placed an online order via Borna's General for BOSE Quiet Comfort Headphones. Customer was notified via email on Jan 3, 2023 the product was shipped and given assigned order (left blank for public) and tracking number (blank for public). Customer notified ******************************************************************** via the provided contact email address as well as via the provided website messaging tool on Jan 20. The product was not received and the tracking number provided states the item was never shipped. C1 received no response on either of the provided contact addresses. C1 attempted to notify BGH again on Jan 23 the product was not received and there is no record of the product under the provided shipping number. C1 requested a refund. C1 received no response. ** Jan 26 C1 notified BGH both via email and website he did not receive the product, the postal services states no item was shipped and BGH website states awaiting fulfillment. C1 received no response. C1 again notified BGH on Jan 28 via both provided contacts and received no response. C1 is unable th get a response or a refund. C1 has all provided records and photos of the sale and attempted notification and request for a refund and can be reached at (blanked for public). Thank you

    Can't even rate the product, Couldn't get past the horrid service to even find out if it had been shipped. Ordered some Bose headphones November 12th 2022. Website indicated would be delivered before xmas. I immediately began receiving emails to rate my service and product for Bornas website. On Nov, 23rd I received an email from the owner asking to rate the site. A few minutes after that email I received another stating the item was a discontinued color, and asked if I wanted to order a different color. I never received a response to the email so I called the number on the owners personal email. It took 3 days of calling and leaving messages when he finally answered the phone and talked with me. We agreed that I would take another color and he stated that it would still be in time for xmas. On Dec, 13th I got an email showing a status change for the order to "Shipped". I immediately got another email changing the status to "Awaiting shipping". 30 minutes later I got a third email changing the status to "Awaiting fulfillment. This email included a link to the **** shipping number that has shown nothing but a page that says this is an invalid shipping number. Christmas has come and gone with no calls, email or any notification about this order. I started calling to find out if maybe it had just gotten tied up in transit, but now there's no response at all.....not an answer to a phone message, email or text to any of the available numbers for this business. Keep in mind that I received emails asking to rate this product and service every couple days along the entire process. I continued to respond to those with the info that I had not yet received the product. I finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge to regain my lost funds that have been tied up for 2 months. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS YOU WILL BE SORRY

    Hello there dear William. H, I am truly and deeply sorry for your terrible customer experience regarding the logisitcal aspect of your order. At this point and time, I see your product has been successfully delivered on on Februrary 4th, 2023 which is good news for you and since the delivery was very late I will double compensate you for the excessive time you've had to wait. Logistics are a tough thing to take care of since your order was at the most busiest time in the whole year and also your products country of origin is overseas that also does play a big factor in terms of logisitcal delay and wait time, but be rest assured that once any foreign product arrives into north america it has to go through customs then get transferred to our first class fulfillment center to be transported to the customer. Hopefully I've made concrete sense in my explanation. You'll also be receiving an email from me with more details regarding the double compensation you will be receiving shortly, but for now best of luck my friend and take care.

    Sells cheap ******* knockoffs! Bought Bose headpohnes from them and received cheap ******* imitation (in a parcel labelled from *****), with poorly adhered Bose stickers. Should not be allowed to do business in ******.
