"My truck started leaking some fluids , so I got it to the shop I normally go to , they diagnosed it as transmission oil cooler lines and that it would be expensive, so I was prepared to absorb that cost, I decided before making that decision to call soutbank ( where i bought it) to find it about my extended warrant and if that would be covered and was lead to believe that it would with words like " get it towed here, we'll take care of you , you're tow is also covered under warranty " so I get it towed there , just to find out it's only certain tow companies that are covered , so now out of pocket the cost of the tow. And 6 business days later (March 28th to April 8th) I get a phone call saying what it was ( which was the exact thing the previous shop said it was ) and now it's not covered under my warranty but a different warranty, so being without a vehicle for almost two weeks ,didn't want to spend more money on a tow I told them to proceed with the job on Monday with assurance I'll get it back Tuesday, and now on Thursday it's finally ready , when I went to discuss this with some manager there , they wouldn't acknowledge what I was trying to explain and were pretty unpleasant about it." ...
