"Is a fantastic fun, social and positive place to be The staff are kind and caring and their willingness to assist modify and adapt workouts is truly amazing The workouts and Nutrition plans provided by the Coach are easy to follow and helpful The Martial Arts side of K2 is run by a Fantastic **************************************** with his assistants/ Sense's He demonstrates many self defense techniques in Krav Maga and personally takes time to make sure that all members understand and can safely participate with their chosen partner and makes sure that what he is teaching "Makes sense"In Bjj he is the same Kickboxing is also another class that ****** teaches on a weekly basis and his time and Energy put into both his classes and students is phenomenal Aside from these classes he also teaches children from very young to teens Classes also include families that wish to train or take classes together and I have seen as fun for each Brothers sisters father sons father daughters etc In all the K2xfit classes are run by 3 coaches throughout the week All kind pleasant and personal who care about their clients success The Martial arts side excellent ****** Camps in July are is one of the other programs it provides As well with some competitions our members who participate in tournaments etc is encouraged and you will most likely see ***************** do his best to be there to coach you through Overall K2fit Orleans Is the Place to be if you want the best for yourself and family If you want to find out for yourself please check out the Dojo." ...
