    After having my 4 vehicles serviced here for about 7 years one of my vehicles, a 2013 Chev Equinox broke down due to no oil in the transfer case for the rear wheel part of the all wheel drive system.Asked the manager if the oil had been checked in the transfer case and rear differential and was greatly surprised to learn that *********, their owner tells them to never check the oil in transfer cases or rear differentials.Wow thought this was part of an oil change and fluid service as has been since i was 5 years old. Am now 69 years old and cannot believe that Warranty certified means to not check for fluids under the vehicle. Things have changed dramatically since my first oil change at 5 years old.*************************

    Would you trust a company that does this?In March 2022, I won a $100 gift certificate for Lube Tech, but had just got my vehicle serviced a few weeks prior, so I waited until my next oil change was needed. There is no expiry date on the certificate. Yesterday (August 4, 2022), I took my vehicle to Lube Tech, only to be told that they had changed the name of their company (same owner though), and they would not honor the gift certificate.I was excited to win the certificate, but now I'm stuck with a worthless piece of paper. Lube Tech enjoyed the extra advertising from this contest, but now are not following through on their deal. As far as changing their company name, they still have the Lube Tech signs at both entrances.
