  Crooks all around! Stay away from this company at all costs. Even if your credit is not great find some other way to finance a vehicle. We had purchased an under par vehicle and interest rate through the roof!! We ended up not being able to afford payments, would not work with us at all and they took said vehicle back and are now trying to sue us in small claims. ***** at its finest.

  Not true at all. They have not tried to resolve any issues. They just wish to place people in more of a dire situation financially. Taking advantage of people with bad credit and in hindsight would never have dealt with them knowing what we now know about them. Greed is what runs them and we stand behind our first post about warning others to be careful.

  DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY ALL IT WILL DO IS DESTROY YOUR NAME YOUR CREDIT AND YOUR BANK ..Stay away they are thieves hidden fees and they dont report your payment until you miss one .They will threaten you about reporting or repossession .Dont answer this OCM just stop what your doing it is peoples lives your playing whit.

A manager has contacted him at his request and the client remains uncooperative. As for the fees he is referring to, these are bank fees charged to the client/OCM due to NSF payments. We invite the client to contact the manager again to discuss any issues he may have.

  Recived a call from insurance company saying that this company had called them looking for information about my file. Emailed them to ask what this what about. I was told my auto insurance had been canceled for non payment and they need proof of insurance. I was told I haven't had valid insurance since Jan 2022. All of this is untrue. I told them that I had delt with something similar in 2022 ( when I switched insurance companies) and again in 2023. I asked for documentation showing that it had been canceled for non payment. They have sent none, and will not answer where that info came from. I asked where the information I have sent over the past 2 years has disappeared to and all they say is there is nothing on my file and their files stopped being audited in 2021.I asked how they contacted my current insurance provider, since they don't have them on my file. Again they will not answer that question. Sent them a copy of my insurance slip and apparently that is not good enough for them.Am very upset that they can just say things and can not provide proof and then avoid answering questions. I am trying to verify that isn't any incorrect info on my file, that will affect me in the future.

  Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We were notified by the insurer that ******************** coverage was no longer active since 10/28/2023. As a lienholder on the vehicle, we are required to follow up with the client and obtain a copy of a valid insurance policy, not just a pink slip. One of our agents will contact the client to resolve the issue. Thank you.

  Legit crooks. Stay away at all costs. Had no problems until trade in. A month later they are still trying take money from my account n say I owe more now than the buyout price I got at time of trade in. They were nice when was with them but as soon I traded I seen there real side. Just evil to do this to people that are already in a bad position. They have astronomical fees n when u trade if they don't get there money same day they keep charging u ur monthly payments plus 75 NSF until they get the buyout check. Buyers beware.
