  Excellent service and a quick response. We had *** in to paint our master bedroom. He was quick, efficient and very easy to deal with. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up afterward and he all was done in a day. If we need painting we will ask for *** again. Thank you to Handyman Connection, we will use your services again.

  I contacted Handyman Connection Ottawa to inquire about the availability of a professional, not a week-end warrior to repair, re-install a portion of the flooring that was damaged when my Air conditioner leaked, in the corner of my "sun-room. I was very impressed with the positive and help at the first telephone conversation with the reception. A craftsman, dropped by the very next day, for a discussion of the nature of the job, and a view of the area to be repaired. *****, the craftsman, was very knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say of the origins of the issue, and what I wanted done. He then offered his expertise to fixing the problem. He also offered to pick up the flooring from the retail store. ***** arrived with the flooring on time, despite the snowstorm, and the job was completed within 5 hours. The workmanship is excellent. Once the flooring was installed and the job completed, the area about 25 square feet, it was absolutely perfect, and flowed very well with the original. Overall the excellent level of service and the quality of the workmanship, is very impressive, both *** and ***** deserve praise and admiration, and worthy of a five, [5] star appraisal.A job well done and a very much appreciated, since I have been trying to get this flooring repaired for almost a year now.   I am very pleased with the service and courteousness of Handyman Connection. I was able to connect immediately by telephone and obtain an appointment within two days. The electrician, *******, was punctual, pleasant and able to immediately address the basement lighting issue. He took out the old electrical cord extensions and a switch box which were not to code. He had a multipurpose ceiling mount light on hand which he installed. This light is much more efficient with 3 levels of light. He also made suggestions for my kitchen lighting over the sink area which is old and starting to have issues.

  As a landlord I needed an electrician on short notice to evaluate and repair some issues reported by my tenant (sparking outlets, flickering lights). Scheduling was easy and quick, and the electrician only addressed the issue needing addressing (faulty outlet), and explained to my tenant to change the light bulbs to bulbs intended for the fixtures that had flickering issues. I was concerned repair bill may be high as I was not onsite to evaluate nature of repairs being proposed. This was not the case at all. I may have been able to get this done cheaper but I did not have time to start calling electricians and getting quotes. I think the costs for such speedy service and excellent online (email) invoicing and ease of payment made up for any additional costs I may have had for not shopping this around. I trust Handyman and will use their services again.
