      We discussed all the tasks we needed done and he quoted us a price verbally. ****** learned...always get it in writing. ******* did only a fraction of what was discussed and demands full payment. He also threatened to undo any work he did do if full payment not made. Stay clear of this handyman and save yourself a lot of grief.
