  I was cheated by the business from 500 euro, about 900 cad.The worker was rude and lying.I am afraid this will happen to others.

  Good Afternoon Please do not post the review from this customer since this review is not correct. ************************* came to our second office a month ago. She wanted to exchange Euro currencies for CAD. She gave her Euro to my wife and said that she have **** Euro all in 50 Euro notes. My wife counted the Euro in front of the customer. Once she counted the Euro she told the customer that she have **** Euro not ****. My wife returned the Euro to ************************* so she can count the Euro her self. She counted the Euro and agree that the Euro is ****. My wife asked her if she want to proceed and exchange the Euro or she want to go home, check where is the rest of the 500 Euro, or to talk to family members and come back again in the future. ************************* decided to proceed with the transaction and exchange those **** Euro for CAD Two hours later she called to our office and ask for the manager. I am the owner and I talked to her. Her only argument was that she had envelope and on this envelope was written **** Euro. We have not seen this envelope, we have not touched this envelope. In our office we have few security cameras ( the same cameras as in the banks ). They record everything. I inspected the video recording. There is no way my wife will take 10 notes of 50 Euro . Total 500 Euro and the cameras will not record that. There is no way my wife can take this amount and the customer will not notice this act. I offered ************************* to come to our office again. I offered her that we can watch this video recording again together and I will give her a copy of this recording to take home. She did not came to our office, she did not call again. I assumed that problem is solved and she recovered her 500 Euro. Now I have a question for her. Why she proceed with transaction? Why she exchange those **** Euro? If someone take 500 Euro from me I will not exchange the money. I will be disappointed and I will call police immediately.I will not go home until I solve this issue. I want to inform you that I have this video recording and I am willing to provide a copy to you, to police and **************************We have been in business for more then 20 years and we never had similar complaint from customer.I personally believe that ************************* made a mistake, or family member took this 500 Euro. Possibly she exchanged 500 Euro earlier and forgot. Possibly she want to gain 500 Euro by trying to damage our good reputation and hope that I will choose to give her 500 Euro.
