  I am not happy with the service and the finished product Ibraheam worked on.I was trying to reach Ibraheam from the last fall to come and fix the cracks at the garage entrance which appeared just in 2 months after the cement work was completed. He gave 3 year warranty, but there is no way to have him come back.********, unfortunately, doesnt stand behind his promises and his work. He gets easily irritated if you have any questions about his job. The last day ******** was just ******* to finish the job. The guys who worked for him, did a poor job. I dont know why, but they just cut a water meter wire for some reason, without even asking me or letting me know about it. The city has to come and repair it afterwards. Nobody cared about covering air conditioner unit to prevent it from dust when grinding the cement behind it.I had to hire another company, pay additional money and clean the garage after repairing the cracks again (as a result of a poor craftsmanship of Ibraheams crew).Not happy at all about his job and his attitude.

  Hello. Sorry to hear that. We did do a walk around the job when it was completed and you were very happy with the work as we closed the contract after the walk-around. There was no cut wires or mess. Due to the crack on the garage floor that was done right at the end of the summer season of 2022 that caused it to hair line crack. Yes you did contact ** and we told you in season 2023 starts I'll have you booked in to come fix it which we have you booked for close end of ***. You contacted me in the winter we don't do concerte work in the winter then in April you reached out demanding ** to come out which was still to early for then season have you booked for end *** as the weather would be good to get the crack on the floor. I contacted you over 4 emails and few calls and I haven't heard back from you. We stand behind our work and waitting for you reach back to me to set a day for you to come by fix it for you. Thank you

  Not happy with finished project. He doesnt stand behind his work after it dried.Apparently according to *** this is how all his jobs look when finished so keep that in mind.The 3 year warranty is only applicable to cracking or flaking for weather or ground movement. No warranty for poor craftsmanship.The finish of the final product when dried looks rushed and you can see the vertical lines from the foundation forming joints. When *** came and looked he noticed but says a third coat will risk cracking. We were told that there will be another charge for him to try and rectify. He stated that it was never planned to hide the vertical lines from the foundation pour.He seem to get very upset when questioned about repairing. He seemed decent at first but the second day he was here he seemed rushed to get things done and it appears that way now that the parging has dried. All of his pictures of our property were taken while It was wet. The owner had the audacity to make fun of our personal issues in regards to shady workers even though he ended up acting the same way at the end. Be very mindful, most people want to get in and get out they dont care what the work looks like after they are gone.
