    The initial red flag arose when it took multiple emails and calls to receive a response and schedule my driving ******s. Although the driving instructor was effective during the ******s themselves, there was a significant lack of communication regarding my progress. When I inquired about completing the remaining requirements for my G2 license after being informed of having one ****** left, I was initially disregarded. After following up, the instructor became defensive and placed blame on my circumstances for not learning all that was necessary. I had to clarify that I simply wanted to know what areas I still needed to cover and how to arrange additional ******s. Eventually, the instructor provided me with options, and we scheduled further ******s, beginning with the remaining ****** from my original package.However, my disappointment escalated when I received a text from the instructor at 10pm the night before my ******, stating that I had no remaining ******s with the driving school and that I should transfer funds to their personal account to continue. Despite reaching out to the driving school regarding this issue, I received no response. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer service and the lack of respect demonstrated throughout this experience.
