We hired ***** at Centennial Construction Management to do a large renovation to our 1940s home which included interior and exterior work with several sub-contractors. Very impressed with how they handled the project (old home led to many unexpected add ons which they were super helpful with). I cannot recommend Centennial Construction Management enough if you are in the ****** area seeing Construction Management services. ***** has always been a great contact to work with. He communicates effectively regarding timelines, keeps you as a client as up to date as possible throughout projects, and is very realistic with setting expectations related to costs and potential headwinds with your projects. His attention to detail is unparalleled, his vast array of connections in the ****** shows he has true depth in his industry experience, and the quality of craftsmanship in the work he completes himself speaks for itself. I've experienced nothing but superior value.

***** was great to work with! Right from the get go he was very responsive and attentive to all questions, and really took the time to explain all options! ***** kept me well updated on timing and cost throughout, and delivered a product I was very happy with and proud to show off! I highly recommend Centennial as a Construction Manager. ***** is very knowledgeable in both residential custom home building and a variety of commercial construction projects (he let us do a site visit at a couple of his projects before we hired him). He has great contacts in the industry and is able to move your project along efficiently, while ensuring a high level product.
