    PVC Fence Installation Contract - Never completed Contract to install a PVC Fence was signed in June 2023 and 50% deposit paid. The contractor never started/completed the job in 2023 as promised, Poor communication and business ethics. Unable to get hold of the contractor either by email or phone. Voice mail box always full. when finally contacted in April 2024, an installation date was scheduled for May 4, 2024. But ne crew showed up. No communication on the status.

    Dont purchase with this contractor. Its like they bank on credit card insurance to make his customers whole. Forwarded this business to the *************************** (agency thats responsible for compliance with ****************************************************************************). It may take a long time for it to go thru the process and no guarantee this business will land on the official list for bad companies. So deal with them at your own risk. Attempts by the bbb to mediate were not even answered by this business.

    NEVER Deal with ******************, *********************************** he is a Fraud, will take your money and never finish the job, always have excuses and will never pay you back, PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, he should be ashamed of himself and should be in prison for every person he had been taking money from, It really ***** that those people can get away with that.

    Ottawa Home solutions are amazing!!! They are on time, polite, friendly, and incredibly professional. On top of that, they refer back to you later to make sure you're happy with their work, not your average contractors! Do yourselves a favor and call these guys, immediatepeaceofmind!

    *************, unfortunately, is nothing to write home about. ************** is someone that my family has worked with in the past. He installed our fence in 2018 and fast forward to 2023, I brought him in to give us and the neighbors a quote, which there was no delay. ***** was supposed to have been installed since June 5th, 2023. Today is September 12th and still no fence has been installed. He does not pick calls, does not communicate, does not respond to text messages, and emails. Now I regret bringing him in as he has lost our trust. The entire neighbors has tried to reach ************* for our deposit back, and was given till September 8th to return the money, yet no money has been refunded, nor fence installed.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIER SEEVICE. I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE BRINGING ************* IN. WE WENT ON TRUST BASED ON OUR LAST EXPERIENCE WITH HIM.TO BE FOREWARNED IS TO BE FOREARMED!I wish there was an option for -5 stars.
