    Jan 9, **** ************* from Derands. I came in for assistance with my auto start installed by them. They were able to get fresh batteries in at no charge and sent me on my way. Wonderful to have such great locally owned service where the customer really matters. Great guys. Thank you Derands.

    I bought an electric scooter in August 2021. When I drove it I notice something wrong I brought back to the shop for them to tell me they replaced a battery. I drove it for a month and back to the shop it went again another battery. At this point I wanted to exchange the bike as I was not happy he said it was too late. It was a couple of months old at the time. Anyhow I parked the bike for the winter. Went to put it on the road in 2022 bike not working, back to the shop. That summer the bike was at the shop more than I can drive it. Being a women I feel no action was taken to properly fix the bike. I paid ******* for a bike that still is not fixed properly..I have owned an electric bike for four years before buying this one..I know when there's something not right they keep replacing batteries that I know is not normal..and keep telling me the bike is fine..Again this year bike not working called them and told them I have been waiting more than three weeks to get the bike picked up again. I'm totally drained, frustrated and depressed about this whole situation. The original problem as never been fixed All I want was a working bike to get me around. Not all these headaches. I'm really hoping we can come to a mutual agreement. Keep you posted.

    I recently went to Derand Motosports and asked about led headlights for my 2013 Chrysler 200.I was told they could do this,they installed the led headlights but after ***************** would turn off and on by them self so I called and they said bring the car back and we will try to address the problem. they called me back to tell me they could not fix the problem and they reinstalled my factory headlights.I was given back the money for the headlights but not the money for the install,i have since called other places and told if that was the case they would have given all my money back not impressed.$190.00 and nothing to show for it.

    BBB tends to be about leaving negative notes about businesses. Sometimes vendors have their own Barriers. I had purchased a new BAK made Tonneau cover for my ***** Ridgeline 2017 truck from Derand Motor Sports. The business has a friendly and helpful manager, and he is complemented by technical staff.However, like a lot of businesses now, the supply lines are fraught with barriers and time delays, and it became an issue for me. Another aspect of the issue in my case was that my truck is not one of the more popular trucks, and supplies are more inherently limited. The product had to come from the west coast and took a month to be found and shipped to get here. Unfortunately, after installing the more intricate railings, the final Flip Panel tonneau cover was installed. I thought that I was done but Derand shop staff informed me that the third flip panel on the cover would not open owing to a faulty release mechanism --- perhaps due to factory or shipping incident Derand Motor Sports manager/************* me that a replacement cover would be obtained and installed. Now, Derand Motor Sports had to deal with items out of their control --- the incumbered supply train, the limited ***** Ridgeline supplies, and the distant suppliers again. Another two months of waiting for both the dealer/vendor as well as for me as the purchaser.However, the Derand Motor ************** endured and contended with the gauntlet of obstacles in their efforts and to get my new/workable cover installed as promised.As a consumer, you are accustomed to having/expecting fast service. However, now businesses seem to be faced with scarce materials to manufacture products, with shipping/transportation barriers, with a lack of skilled technical and transportation staff, with wars, with covid, with floods and fires, etc..As consumers, we need to give businesses a bit more leeway and understanding in respect to the delays, and who and what is at fault for those delays.
