  ** ******** I hired ACCL to fix a drainage issue I was having and decided to waterproof two outside walls as well. They waterproofed the two walls but forgot to do the drain. When I reminded Henry that that was the main reason I hired ACCL he reluctantly put in a makeshift drain that never worked properly and in fact was worse than before. They say they have a 30 yr warranty but they wouldn't honour it and fix the drain. I chased him for two years to come and fix it properly but he wouldn't so I filed a small claims court action against them. I won my case and the Judge awarded a Judgment against ACCL. Now I'm chasing them to pay the award but they won't. ***** ***** ** **** ** ****** ***** ******** ******* **** ***** *** **** ** **** **** ** *** ****

Caused extensive property damage and walked off the job. **** language was used towards neighbors. **** **************. Workers have no protective gear and don't understand or have the ability to communicate in English. ************ was used to receive payment.

  After some heavy rains, I experienced a leak in my basement. I contacted ACCL who was able to come next day. I was given a quote on the spot and after consultation with Henry, who broke down the scope of work in a way, even I can understand, I decided to go with them. Best decision ever!

  ACCL waterproofing company helped us out in a scary basement foundation emergency situation, when our retaining wall collapsed during a heavy rain last May. I called several companies but ACCL Waterproofing was the only company that got back to immediately. They rescheduled appointments around to get us taken care of, so that we would have access to our backyard, and our daughter and dog could safely be out there again. This was a major project that involved demolition and removal of our old retaining wall, putting in new drainage, and building a new wall and stairs. Their crew was top notch and professional. The men worked hard while Henry and Dushan kept us in the loop every step of the way! We will never forget how wonderful they were to work with, and how much they actually cared. * ****** ********* ***** *****

  We have an old house from 1890 that had a leaky filed stone basement. I contacted ACCL wet Basement waterproofing company, Andy came out the following week to inspect the leaky basement. He gave us a quote right away and his pricing was reasonable. We tried to schedule the project to be completed on a weekend but sure enough it rained every weekend for over a month. Once the weather finally cleared, Dushan and his crew started work right away and finished ahead of schedule. Not only is my basement now dry, it is also now free from the mildew smell. Dushan and his crew were very professional and respectful of our time and property by keeping it clean throughout the project. We would definitely hire ACCL Waterproofing and their competent crew again for future projects.
