    WORST COMPANY IN THE BUSINESS!One month before my event, I booked a party bus to drive 14 members of my family to a wedding 45 minutes away from ******, on September 10, 2022. The day before the event, I talked to Vlav to make sure he had all the information and that he was still able to pick us up at 2:30pm. He assured me he would be there.At 2:45pm, on the day of the event, the party bus had not arrived and no one had called so, I called **** who tells me that the party bus had a mechanical failure but, 2 vehicles are on their way to my place.At 3:00pm, no vehicles and no phone call. I call **** who tells me that the vehicles should be there shortly. He will call the drivers and call me back with their location.At 3:10pm, no vehicles and no phone call. I call back and **** informs me that they should be there in the next 15 minutes. The wedding is at 4:00pm and is 45 minutes away. I tell **** that this is unacceptable and that if the vehicles are not here in 10 minutes at the latest, we will miss the wedding. He gives me more excuses and apologies and tells me that he will see what he can do and call me back.At 3:15, he calls me back to tell me that the 2 vehicles can't make it to my place in 10 minutes, they can be there in 30 minutes at the earliest!We ended up driving ourselves to the wedding because we would have missed it otherwise if we would have waited for the UNRELIABLE and UNPROFFESIONNAL service of Federal Limousine.Save yourself a lot of stress and grief and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
