    Terrible service, there was a problem just about every month, they would not come the day they said they would, then when I called, they would claim the guy came and knocked but there was no answer, even on days when I was within sight of the front door all day. After a full year of paying $50 a month for them to change bait in traps, there were still mice and rats in every level of the house. The technician outright lied to me about the feasibility of finding and blocking entrance points in the house. He said the only option was to keep baiting the traps and that the rodents would die off, but there was still a problem with them after a full year. I would not recommend them to anyone.
