      Had pool deck installed in 2017. Entire deck went white due to long curing binder used and obviously it didn't cure properly. Had a terrible time with their customer service, got no further ahead. They refused to send anyone out to even have a look at the issue. but kept promising a fix. Eventually I got sick of hearing words but no actions and sued them. I won my case and have been waiting on payment now since 2020. Each year the judgment goes up and they refuse to sign a cheque. * **** ******** ****** **** **** *** **** *** **** ***** **** ******* ** *** ****** *** ****** ** ** ******** ****** ********* ** ***** **** ****** **** ***** ****** *** ********** ** ***** * *** ***** ****** ** ******* * ***** **** *** *** ****** I have never had a worse experience with business in my life.

      Product started to bubble in spots within a year and broke off from surface, so now have open spots with no product. Owner came out, took a look and said he would send someone over to repair as it is under warranty. That was months ago and not a peep from them. ***** ******* they want your money but not willing to honor any warranty work when needed. Will have to take them to small claims court to see if we can get some of our money back. Should have went with a cement driveway or maybe another company with a similar product that actually warranties their work.
