    Deplorable. Initially they were a great option to USA bound shipping as compared to ****** ***** Cheaper and faster. However, they pulled USA shipping from their menu, without notifying ALL of their customers. I only found out from one of their "Smart Hubs" a day after dropping off $600 worth of parcels that I paid over $90 in postage for. After weeks and weeks of back and forth, they found and returned my parcels. Obviously, I had to re-ship using another carrier ***** *** ************** at my expense. The postage I paid to Swiftpost disappeared into limbo for weeks and weeks. Finally they "credited" my Swiftpost account - after promising to e-transfer the funds back to me. And now, they are no longer physically shipping packages, so it's likely that I am screwed out of my funds. 100% dreadful experience **** * ******* **** ***** ***** ********* **** * ******* ****** **** ******* *** *** **** *** ** *** ******* **** **** *** **** **** *****

    A website I ordered from used this service. The company tracking information **** *** labels things as in transit when they have not left the carrier facility. This resulted in me thinking a package was on the way that was not actually on the way. They held the package at their carrier facility for nearly a week before actually shipping it. This resulted in the item arriving after we had left for vacation, which in turn resulted in the item being stolen in addition to us not having the item for the vacation itself (which is the whole reason it was ordered).
