Nothing but problems with communication after they get your money all communication stops I had a cold climate heat pump sold to me . I was not told anything about a sub contractor installing the unit . Nothing but a nightmare 2 years into this nightmare. I have had no heat for 7 days in February in Ontario. The sales rep Mike gave me the auditor number I thought that it was a conflict of interest but I went along with the program . Cost was just under 20,000 * ** * ****** ** * ***** ****** . * **** **** * ****** I was told and have in writing 10 years parts and labour warranty time will tell

I would not recommend this company. Several non returned phone calls. The HVAC system that i purchased was to come with a 10 year parts and labour warranty. I just had the unit repaired by the supplied company for Linked Home at a cost to me and still have not heard from Linked Home. I have phoned 3 time in the last 5 days with no contact from them.

This company has the worst customer service. I honestly feel like they are screening my calls. I have had issues with our heat pump since day one. Every season there is a different issue. No heating, no cooling, leaks, improper wiring just to name a few. Their work is contracted out to ** **** and their service is awful. None of the technicians know what they are doing, or are well versed in servicing heat pumps. The techs are ****, and everyone just reverts to saying “call the office” which you get no response, and never can get a manager. **** **** ***** ** *** **** ** **** ******** **** **** ********

My hellish journey with Linked Home, a company that sells and installs heat pumps, has been going on for 2 years and 8 months. The list of wrongdoings and infractions is extensive. In October, 2021, I had a salesman, Mike L. of Linked Home, come to my house to pitch replacing my propane furnace with an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP). He told me that I would save so much on heating and cooling costs that the $21,000 unit would, in combination with a $5,000 government rebate, pay for itself in 3.5 years. I was told that Linked Home had extensive experience installing ********** **** ASHPs and had installed units “every day, every week, all year long”. I was told that I wouldn’t need an Auxiliary Backup Heat Strip (ABHS), because the main unit would heat my house effectively to temperatures as low as -30°C. I was told that the **** Thermostat would work seamlessly with the unit and provide full system functionality. I have all of this in writing, save for the bit about installation experience. None of it was true. Sadly, based on the above misinformation, I made a decision to have Linked Home install a ********** **** 3.5 Ton ASHP in my home. To this day, the nightmare continues.

We have been rent- to-own water heater on demand from Linked Home since 2021. Recently, my monthly payment has doubled. I called Linked Home multiple times and was told they were waiting on managers response. After three weeks, I called again and was informed the I had signed on contract. I wasn't aware of signing a contract, so I asked them to send me a copy of the contract. Second call I made to ask for the contract after I gave =them the information as soon as they opened my file they hang up. I call them back immediately two three time they wouldn't pick up. Eventually I got ahold of them and asked them to send me a copy of the contract which they did, but in the bottom where it supposed be signed by me it's not my signature and I informed the individual that was on the phone with me and asked to speak to the manager pleas and he stated that the manager is no available. It's been a week or more and have not heard anything from the manager.

******, as we have told you multiple times we do not perform audits, we are an hvac installation and service company. Your review should be directed towards the the energy auditing company that you are having concerns with. We have reached out to you many times instructing on what steps you can take to rectify your issues as we cannot engage energy auditor service providers on behalf of customers. The $500 you paid was for an energy audit, that money was paid to the energy auditor, not to us, you have received the reports for that audit that you paid for. You need to have your post assessment audit completed to complete your application, we only recommended another auditing company since you have been experiencing issues with the auditor that you contracted to do the initial assessment. This review has no merit and is misleading as is not a reflection of the work that we performed in your home which was the installation of your hvac equipment.
