    I have been getting the run around from the owner Ray for months now. He refuses to answer my calls. He had sold me a Scope that was faulty. It took over a year to replace it with a so called better product. It was not a better product. He kept promising he will find what I was looking for. He has ignored my calls now for nearly 2 months. My experience with the the owner of Khan scope is that these people have been neglectful and act in bad faith to their customer. Shouting, threats, and a lack of respect for those around you created an uncomfortable environment. Despite these challenges, our team remained steadfast in our commitment to assist you professionally and patiently.

    Ultimately, it became clear that the issue at hand was not a defective or bad product but rather the need for familiarization and proper utilization. We appreciate your decision to purchase new eyepieces and your subsequent satisfaction with the product's capabilities.
