    Today I went and paid for gas transaction was declined yet money was taken from my account. I called ****** direct to see why does my account keep going into overdraft when I spend what I have available and why did it say I made a transaction when it was declined. My girlfriend spoke for me they asked her 3 security question about the account said it was wrong and hung up 3 times I called again for the 4th time they asked 1 security question and it was correct even though it was the same question they had ask her I gave them permission to speak with my girl friend. She demanded that they remove the security questions because they told her it was wrong when she answered the question, but was correct when I answered the question. They stated they could not remove the security even though they applied the security said that she will have to go to the higher up to change the security questions and hung up.. I didn’t called back a fifth time same process this time the gentleman that I spoke to answer the questions about my account. Everything was fine until I got off the phone went into my account to transfer my money from my goal account to my main account and wasn’t allowed because my account was locked, I called back a time same process but this time they said they sent me an email that I had to respond to, and once again hung up before I couldn’t even ask questions. I went online responded to the email sent my ID sent a photo with my ID next to it but never got a response from the online ******* email. I called ******Direct a seventh time I was notified that it only take a couple of minutes for them to respond yet it was beyond a couple of minutes and I had not heard back. I notified them that this money is needed ** *** ** **** ***** ** *** ** ******** ****** and y’all locked my account For no reason and without my say so and now I don’t have access to money that I made I was hung up on again. I called back and eighth time I was told I’m sorry you have to wait.

    Cannot reach anyone about a ****** ****** card block. The company never reached out to me to understand any issues etc. They **** to me telling me it would be blocked for 24 hours. I called after and was told it would be another 5-6 hours. Cancelling the associated card immediately after I can reacess MY money.
