- Product returns will be accepted in unused and undamaged condition. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the original shipment date. A copy of the original invoice and return authorization number (RA number) obtained from JAWS PERFORMANCE LTD must accompany all returns. There is a 10% re-stocking fee for all accepted returns received in unused and undamaged condition. Return costs (shipping and any customs fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
