    Had the worst experience ever with Niagara fun tour. I purchased a wine tour through ******* on Wed June 30/22 and redeemed my voucher for Sunday July 3rd/22. We arrived at one of their pick up location early but the bus arrived about 15 mins late. *************************************************. A few people made it onto the bus but 8 of us were told that the bus was full. Then the bus driver told us that we were not on the his list. We all had our confirmation and registration #s but the driver couldn't care less. The bus driver got on the bus and left all 8 of us behind without even guiding or helping us. This company is closed on Sundays and basically no one to help us. So we had no way of reaching them only by leaving a message or text (they don't even reply back at all). They really have BAD COSTUMER SERVICE and BAD LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Spent most of the day calling my credit card company and also reported the incident to the Niagara police station which they recorded and suggested to file a BBB complaint. I wish I had checked their reviews because some people had experienced the same. The bus driver being LATE, **** KICKING THEM OFF THE BUS FOR TALKING and AS WELL AS NOT BEING ALLOWED TO USE THEIR PHONES. (is this bus deliver for real) This company is total a joke leaving people stranded without any HELP OR GUIDANCE and the driver being ***********, DISRESPECTFUL*******************. My credit card company is disputing the charges with *******.
