    This one wins the prize for the absolute worst, shadiest contractor. 1)He was not reliable and had no respect for his employer. He helped himself to diesel from the site for his truck without telling me. He forgot to tell me when he left early when being paid by the day. He left for days and weeks at a time with no communication and didnt meet any completion dates. 2)Its his way or no way. It has cost me thousands to have experienced builders fix his mistakes and pay for his inefficient approach (that lined his pocket).3)Think of your most dramatic three-year-old having a temper tantrum. That sums up his interpersonal skills. He was demanding, disrespectful and downright rude.4)He refused to return a $15,000.00 deposit given for materials that he never had delivered to the job site. Then there are the add ons and all his extras to his quote.5)Despite his boasts about how he is the best contractor of all time, and how we should be so thankful that he graced us with his superior skills, the evidence doesnt support that. Within 2 weeks, his house siding is coming off. His floating flooring isnt correctly laid and none of the more complex work is done. His trusses, which he insisted on doing his way as the only way, were not plumb and square and needed to be fixed. When he was told he needed to finish a job before being given even more money, he left (he had been given a 50% deposit). So, if you want someone whose ego is massive but who lacks any level of professionalism, and if you have money to throw away and supplies you want to donate for his own personal use, then hire this guy.
