    I am extremely disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. After scheduling a specialty tow with a flatbed trailer over 24 hours in advance, they failed to show up. Despite multiple calls and arrangements made in good faith, no one from *** reached out to inform us they were unable to fulfill the service. Every time we contacted them, we were told they had no information about the confirmed tow. We even provided our credit card details, and now, were concerned they may charge us. The disorganization and lack of communication are shocking. Thankfully, we found an alternative by contacting MayDay Towing and the experience was night and day.

    They were fast and the price was about what I'd expected. The driver was very polite and helpful. Just dropped off my car. If I need, I will use them again.
