Be aware, they are quick to take your car, then go unresponsive when it comes to towing it to the collision center or body shop. They lie to say they went to the wrong collision reporting center or that the body shop was closed. They squeeze your insurance company for maximum funds. Also beware they dropped my car resulting in front springs needing to be replaced ($2500 out of my pocket). These guys need to be reported to the police of these tactics. Be aware.

The towing company held my car for much longer than needed, and were dishonest. On Sat. June 3, my vehicle was involved in a minor accident (a friend had borrowed it to drive to ****** from ********). The car needed to be towed and a representative from Canada Freeway Towing was on the scene immediately. He was kind to my friend and told her he'd help. I spoke with him on the phone and he said he'd take the car to his lot. The problem started the following Monday (June 5) and continued until the towing company finally released my car 11 days later (June 16). You'll see from uploaded supporting documents that I contacted them Monday morning (June 5) and made attempts to have the car released. They ignored my messages and did not inform me that there was a release form I had to send, despite me speaking to them by phone (and communicating via text and email). In other words, they did not give me the information I needed despite regular communication by phone, text message, and email. It was not until I sent a text message once again asking for the release form and closing with "I don't have a car now and I have been very patient and respectful." The final problem is that, even after I sent the release form (Thurs. June 8), they would not release the car to the insurance company until 8 days later. This feels like predatory behaviour, given that my friend (driving the car) was vulnerable and distraught. By pretending to be there to help and support her, they had her (and I) agree that the best solution would be to tow the car to their lot, where they held it for far longer than necessary, and were dishonest to me and likely the insurance company. Finally, their website landing page (**********************************) states that they are "******* #1, Most Reliable and Affordable Towing Service!" This is false advertising.
