The plumber came at the time I expected him. He repaired the broken drain and replaced the faucet. He also replace a ***** part. All this was done in about two hours. I'm happy with the work done.Out Of This World Plumbing

Hello,We definitely received 5-star service from Gen and ******* of Out of This World Plumbing.We have an old house with old plumbing problems. Gen came to our house to evaluate the situation and her estimates were open, transparent, and she clearly has integrity.She explained both long term and short term implications and was most clear about when and why a change order was needed once the work had begun and it was not a surprise.Everything was completely open and transparent.Having a clear and precise understanding in terms of what we will need to do over the longer term is especially helpful because it will aid in planning, since, as mentioned earlier, this an old house and there is work to be done.When ******** and ******* arrived to do the work they were efficient and professional, laying down drop cloths, wearing booties and were able to dig up the floor, re-concrete it and install the pipes in short order. It was awesome.Not only that, but they complete a full written report with photos of the work as it progresses and include an analysis of the situation.We cant say how impressed we are with their work. This is the company we will go with from now on. It was a real treat and we have peace of mind in terms of the quality of the work.- ************************************** and ****************Out Of This World Plumbing
