    Not sure how good they are at renovating but they most certainly do not pay their subcontractors. Rented a dumpster from me in ******* Ontario. Its been well over a year. I have phoned and I have emailed. I have actually talk to someone in their office who threaten to file a restraining order.

    Doesn't pay subcontractor even though they email you to finish the work. They keep saying they will pay but you never see a dime. Unorganized, not professional or reliable.

    Horrible business with unethical practices. Grossly overcharging clients for renovations, no knowledge of proper renovation requirements or codes. Cut corners to save on costs yet still bill the client.Save your money and your time and yourself from the stress in dealing with these people.
