    To begin,I would like to state, I am against leaving Negative Feedback s, but in this case,I must. My aim with writing, is saving others, if I can, from the ordeal I went through with ***** *****, owner of ************************* ************ suggested last year at the end of May ***** *****, and his company for assessment, and repair, for water damage in my home.They did not start actual "work" until September. 3-4 months of delay.Then...Supposedly damaged walls,floors,window- kitchensliding door- frames were ripped out,according to their own estimate,in five ******* self,with two pets were exiled,told in no uncertain terms by ***** *****, if I refuse to do so, he is not doing the job...Obviously.The working relationship between ***** and myself,was less than ********** place, from Kitchen,to whole Basement, looked as if a bomb hit it.(Make that a few bombs),and that's how it stayed from September to the 2nd of December, when ***** ***** walked out, leaving me in total disaster.Breach of Contract?Why should he stay? He already collected $50.000 from the Insurance,without doing any repair.Oh. I'm sorry, my mistake, they did repair two small kitchen wall areas for an extra $1440.00, and sent off an email early April, 2025;..."only when that amount is paid in full, will your contents in storage, be returned."I am an 81 year old widow.Have never experienced this kind of mistreatment throughout my long life.I do hope, by writing these lines, no one else will be subjected to the h*** by this person,which didn't end for me until the middle of this April,2025, almost a full year.***** ****** "Puroclean Ottawa West" is Not a BBB ******************.
