    ******, ********, **** and team helped us through a crisis ( not just one flood but two) in less than 4 days apart. They were extremely responsive ( at all hours) very kind, compassionate, respectful and professional showing our residents and employees the truly cared about fixing the residents "Home". We at Foyer ************************ highly recommend this "TEAM" to anyone experiencing an emergency.Thank You - Go Pro!!!!!! G

    I regrete to choose Go Pro Restoration to work on my project. I don't recommend this company at all. I rate one star because there is no 0 or nagtive starts to rate.My dishwasher was leaking water slowly. It damaged the floor and caused some mold on the floor and the drywall behind the cabinet and the counter. I hired this company to clean the mold, fix the damaged drywall, counter, cabinet, and replace ceramic floor tile with vinyl splunk floor. They agreed to finish the work in one week, at most 2 weeks in case there was anything unexpected.The project started on Jun 13. Two workers came on time, which was good. They moved the island, oven, and the fridge out of the kitchen. But they scratched my hardwood floor in the family room. The remove the counter and cabinet where there was mold. They broke the granit backsplash of the counter top. They broke the tile on the kitchen wall. They should be responsible to fix whatever they damaged. They asked more money for the extral cost. There was a vinyl layer under ceramic floor. I asked them to remove it when they came to do the estimation. But they used the word "clean the vinyl layer" on the contract. They refuse to remove the vinyl layer or I have to pay over $600. Second week, another worker came try to install the floor. but he didn't, they asked me more money becaused they need to buy more floor. They didn't show up for over one week. They didn't reply my email or call during the week until June 27. I am so mad because they kept asking more and more money, and the delay. It's a huge impact to the life without a functional kitech.
