  As my home-based business improved, I found I didn't have the time necessary to take proper care of my home. I reached out to Done Right Cleaning, initially to have a Deep Cleaning service, to bring the lustre back to my home. The staff arrived, fully equipped, and did an amazing job. They were courteous, professional and focused on doing an exceptional job, and they achieved their goal, which far exceeded my expectations. As a result of their performance, I've engaged them to come back on a regular basis to maintain the optimum cleanliness of my home and work environment. I would recommend them without any reservation.

  We have been using Done Right Cleaning for over a year now. We just asked for the basic clean of washrooms, kitchen and floors and for the most part, these areas were done to our satisfaction. As we didn't have the same person doing the work each time, this is where we noticed some things got done better on certain weeks than others. ****** the owner, is always available and very accommodating. We never had any issues with any of the staff and they were receptive to anything extra (within reason) we may have needed on a visit.

  Upon the first visit they seemed to have done a good job however visit after visit their inability to follow simple directions became evident. We added specific tasks (approved by the owner) and not once were they done. There seems to be a lack of communication between owner and cleaner where they wanted to add more time to the cleaning when the owner was not aware that his cleaner had forgot essential cleaning products and had to go out and buy some to continue the job. We ended up cancelling after 3-4 visits as the inconsistency and lack of follow through was simply not there. ****** learned.

  Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we apologize that you felt as though we missed the ***** As you mentioned we had two initial interactions that were very positive. You expressed that you were very satisfied with the work and we commenced your bi-weekly cleanings from there. Upon the first visit for the regular schedule, we followed up to ensure everything was to your satisfaction. You had mentioned that everything was good overall, there were just a few small things that were overlooked and I took notes to ensure that they would be addressed on future visits. We then had our next session in which you mentioned the cleaner missed vacuuming under the beds and behind furniture. We discussed this and despite the fact that these tasks are not a part of our scope of work (which is provided before we commence any work) I agreed to accommodate your request if you would assist the cleaner in moving furniture to ensure it can be effectively vacuumed behind. We agreed and I mentioned if any other issues arise that we would be happy to take more notes and improve upon them. We then arrived at the last cleaning we completed at your home - you mentioned that furniture was not vacuumed behind again. I informed you that it was added to the job instructions and you acknowledged the fact that the cleaner took you for a final walk through, so this is where the confusion lies on our end. Upon the final walkthrough that is your opportunity to bring up any concerns in regards to the cleaning, in which the cleaner can correct any deficiencies while they're still on site. You had not brought up that you would like him to vacuum behind the furniture during the walk through and you approved the work and let him leave. I had a brief chat with your wife and we agreed to have another cleaner scheduled for your next cleaning following this visit. Shortly after I received an email from you that you wanted to cancel the service. We accepted your request of cancelling the service and took you off our schedule. Today I noticed this review, so I followed up by phone to ask why you felt as though we deserved a 1-Star review. You mentioned the lack of attention to detail and lack of follow up was your reasoning for it. I do not believe we lacked follow up or attention to detail. Our systems are set up to ensure that all of our clients have an open line of communication amongst administrative staff, cleaners, and themselves to guarantee positive results. You had not taken the time to address your concerns upon the final walk through and when you asked to cancel I had simply approved your request and your response when I followed up by phone was that my answer to the request was "too dry". With all of this said, we thank you for the opportunity and your business and wish you all the best.

  Worst experience ever! First of all I am absolutely shocked with all the fake reviews but like most businesses nowadays, anyone can leave a fake review.My house was pretty clean to begin but I still scheduled a deep clean. The cleaners showed up with their lack of professional cleaning products, I actually don't know if they used them. I only remember the toilet bowl cleaner - not vim, and their stainless steel spray, and wood polish that was hardly used. I think they just preferred to stick with their best product (vinegar, water). Overall, they had no idea what a washroom deep clean entailed, none of my washrooms sparkled, nor smelled like they got cleaned, nothing shined and it was really the worst amateur job I've ever witnessed in my life. I had to remind one of the cleaners that she forgot to dust my bedroom furniture, as well my son's bedroom and more. They are extremely whiney and unprofessional and the owner, well he's still a bit too young to understand anything about the cleaning business. Also I only hired them to begin with because of all the fake good reviews, no wonder. Never again!

  ****** (the owner here). Thank you for your feedback. Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority. With that said, during the cleaning I heard that you were not satisfied with how things were going (despite the fact that we were not done yet). I then came by personally to divise a strategy and listen to what your concerns were. It became very apparent to me why the cleaning was not being done to our usual standards. You were extremely impolite to our cleaners. You also did not give the cleaners space to do their work without watching them and periodically coming in to wipe surfaces that they had not done yet and hold your fingers out to them to show that there was dust in areas that like I mentioned were not completed yet. Throughout the walk through you expressed your gratitude for me taking the time out of my day to resolve the issue. While you were showing me around your home you spoke very negatively about one of the staff members - to the point where she was on the verge of tears when I entered your home. Not only that but you also at one point grabbed my arm to pull me to show me your shower that was not clean (again, something that had not been done yet). 

  In conclusion we had ended up coming back the same day to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction, despite the fact that we went over 3 hours what the house was originally quoted for and did not charge you for the additional time to ensure you were happy with the end result. Its truly disappointing that we did the absolute best to satisfy you and you still chose to leave this review. Respectfully, with the environment in your home we would not be interested in coming back. I wish you all the best nonetheless.
