    * **** ***** *** * ***** ****** ****** ********* ** *** *** ** ******** *** ******* ******* ****************** I initially reached out to Andrejs (owner of the company). My brand new ****** **** was to be towed to Sydney, Nova Scotia and back. Andrejs had promised me that the car will be brought to agreed upon location. However, while signing the agreement, I noticed that They were trying to make me sign on the location that was 6 hours away from where we agreed. They did not arrive there on time.
    The main story started for the shipment of my vehicle that I requested on the way back. Automoves was supposed to pick up my vehicle on the 23rd. I have the provision to track my car so I noticed that the car hadn't moved from the location that I had left it for them. I tried contacting Andrejs with no avail. Victoria, their other employee promised me that the ca will be picked up on 24th and that Andrejs will contact me later that day. It has been a week of **** promises as to when the car will be picked up let alone promising the shipment date. I haven't received any correspondence from their office. The only decent person in the mix is Clayton who is very respectful and has more integrity in his pinky than the rest of the staff does combined. Over the past week, Andrejs has texted me once with a ******** excuse about "Equipment delay". * **** ***** **** * *** ** ****** ******** **** ** * ***** **** how grossly they have handled my business. They have shown me how little they care about customers. I had to beg them for a response and even use another person's phone number in order to get their attention. A car is an expensive investment. * ***** ****** ********* ******* ****** ***** ****** **** ******** ** they do not have the means nor the manners to deal with a customer. They truly make you feel insignificant. Because of their ********** behavior, I am going to have to drive the vehicle for 24 hours where I work. My brand new car sat idle on a street for a week.

    The worst experience ever
    Not professional at all
    I hired them to move my 1950 truck from Ontario to Alberta
    The delivery date was changed several times I had to rent a trailer and go pick up my truck myself in Edmonton . When I get there to pick it up my truck is sitting outside and one of their employees is videoing my truck as he is playing with the air ride watching it go up and down , when I get in it I find the shifter is broken $700US to replace Andreas called me said he would look after the damage after two months and countless text messages saying he would look after it He Has Not
    I do not recommend them at all

    PLEASE REAAD THIS BEFORE dealing with this company.
    Worse customer service experience EVER,
    While the service (communication, response time…) wasn’t the greatest when I started investigating on this company, I thought they had a legitimate website and decided to go with them for my car shipment from Toronto to Quebec City,
    On February 6th 2023 I filled out the form provided by them with my requirements (delivery locations, pick up, drop off, dates etc) and was confirmed the booking was done and the delivery time would be 4 to 6 days from the day the car was picked up. (February 10th bad service there too, I had to chase them to get my car picked up *** ****** *** ***** *** as they didn’t show up in the morning as promised) and the invoice paid in full which I paid on February 11th , Booking agent Lynette.
    Lynette said to follow up with dispatch (Andrejs). The only time he ever picked up the phone was on the following Monday (Feb 13th), he told me the car would be delivered on Friday February 17th . It did not get delivered, I had been calling dispatch, sending emails. I was not getting any reply, the voicemail was always full.
    All I was getting was messages from Lynette saying I am following up with dispatch. ******* ********
    Then I got another message saying the car would be delivered Friday March 3rd, still did not get delivered, ***** ** ***** I kept calling. email, no response, they completely ignored me.
    The car finally got delivered to Quebec City but I was told only few days later with no address of the location, I had to figure out the location as it did not get delivered to the location I requested (my brother’s house) which I was charged an extra $150. My brother had to take a day off to get the car on March 17th,
    Still no response from them on a refund I should be getting as they have not fulfilled the service they promised to.
