      Used to be reliable company, we deal with them for many years. But, not anymore. We had an agreement on a year-to -year basis to serve our punch clock (time puncher). Some time in the middle of last year we needed some service & subserviently were informed that this kind of service is no longer offered (from the middle of the previous year)!!! But, it did not stop TYCO - ******* ******** from invoicing us. When we requested refund for 1- 1/2 years, they produced some nonsensical e-mail saying that because we are on a multi-year contract we have to request a cancellation. So, we need to cancel services which ******* ******** unilaterally refuses to provide. Also, it would give them a reason to charge for the cancellation. Not only that, they issued another invoice for the current year!!! So, buyer be warned.
