    I had a job done by Sheorattan's Lux Construction Inc. I told my husband that I wanted our room to have a facelift. Ricky and his workers were very difficult to work with. I had to tell them multiple times to do what I asked. After installing a new fireplace in my master bedroom, I called the ********* ********* *** ****** ********* to verify if my family was safe. The gas inspector *** *** ****** *** ********* ****** came by 3 months later to inspect the work done on the gas lines in our home by Sheorattan's Lux Construction Inc. They did a pressure test which tests to see if your home's gas lines are sealed from leakage. As soon as they began the test, the could immediately hear natural gas hissing inside the walls of our master bedroom (where Ricky's team modified the gas line) and the gas meter outside also confirmed that natural gas was entering the walls. The conclusion of this test shows that Sheorattan's Lux Construction Inc did not seal off the gas pipe inside the wall. The inspector ******* immediately said this was an emergency and he would like it to be fixed that day. Using 2 other gas certified technicians they sealed off the line to the master bedroom from the basement (which is what should have been done). **** ** ********** **** ** *** ** *** **** ********* *********** **** ** ******* *** * **** **** ******

    I have dealt with previous complaints from this customer, first of all we were not contracted to do any work concerning removing and sealing of gas lines. Gas was shutoff from mainline in the the basement and customer was informed not to turn on and have a gas specialist inspect and remove line if needed, based on this comment it is clear that they had a gas technician as requested and the line was removed. The gas line was shut off from main and at no time anyone was in danger. These are serious accusations made against my company, we have done so many jobs in the past and safety is our number one priority for both customers and workers, **** ** **** * ***** ****** **** **** *****. We do our best to please all customers, however you will always have the odd customer who doesn't appreciate, respect and not happy with the work done. It's is easy to pick out faults but look at the big picture they now have the convenience of a beautiful washroom and modern fireplace.
