    I have ordered a few stacks of stickers from here on different occasions. The orders have always been as expected, and arrived earlier than expected. I have been quite pleased with the product, and will continue to order through them.

    Have ordered a few times now from Sticker Canada, turnaround time has been fast and quality of stickers have been great. Appreciate the suggestions they offer to make stickers better before going to print. Would be great if they offered a discount to businesses who buy to resell to clients.

    The online prepaid quotes are not what they provide,they up sell and over charge after providing proof samples explaining why they can't provide what you have already been quoted and paid for. The actual sticker quality is also not what they advertise and very low quality.
    The customers service agent from StickerCanada does not work with the customers concerns and just keep upselling the products for more money.

    The matter has been reviewed and looked into.
    Please be aware that the sticker's shape affects the price. In your case, you have ordered rectangle stickers with squared corners, but your artwork says otherwise. The team gave you an option between rounded and squared corners and informed you of the price difference, but you are unwilling to pay.
    Furthermore, you requested a print with flourescent/bright color, which is not achievable with ****, the method we use for free. We offered the ******* color process, which can produce the vibrant color print you requested. However, the team advised you that this comes with an additional cost because it is a special process we will be using.
    We understand that you have certain requirements and wanted to get what you have paid for. Nonetheless, we think the website is clear about the pricing, the shapes available, and the procedure the sticker goes through.
    In order to prevent this kind of problem and confusion, we advise you to email us before placing an order via the website if you have any questions or specific requests for your stickers.

    We had stickers and business cards printed out from Sticker Canada recently and we're overall pleased with the final products. Shipping was very quick and the process was relatively streamlined.
    Staff were great at responding to inquiries, and when the wrong qty count was shipped to us on our initial sticker order, they replied to us very promptly and gave satisfactory reimbursement.
    For some reason all the emails they're sending to us recently are calling me by the wrong name despite my name being in my email address. That might need looking into.

    **** *** * ***** They printed the sticker labels outside Canada, we received them low resolution and cannot be read, even though they confirmed that printing is legible. 2 different labels with the same colors were printed, we receive 2 different tones of printing. The labels do not stick well on glass nor on Craft paper as well.
    they blamed the colors I used to be too light that is why it is pixelated and letters cannot be read.
    We asked for a refund because we cannot use such cheap low quality labels but of course they refused to refund any amount and said they will give us a discount on our next order - as if I wanna use their awful service again.

    First, having a label that printed properly and not pixelated and same color is not high expectations, that is the standard.
    Second, the only option they offered is that we place another order with them and they will give us a discount.
    Sticker Canada do not have the ability to print proper labels and the first order was a great example, than why would repeat the same mistake???
    I placed an order based on specific specifications, after Sticker canada confirmed it is readable and not pixelated i proceeded with it. I received labels not as requested and the mistake happened due to no transparency from Sticker Canada. Logically they should refund it as the mistake is not from my end it is from theirs.

    Stickers are okay. You get what you pay for.
    However, the **** *** deception from the company are unforgivable. They come across as a Canadian company but they are based in South Korea. They do all production there.
    When I emailed to complain about this they blamed having to combat bad reviews, didn't apologize for deception, nor mentioned plans to change it.

    We did not mean to deceive you or anyone else. We are a registered Canadian company with an office in Mississauga, Ontario. We pay our monthly dues and taxes in full and on time. We receive parcels and packages which we always check, resolve, and print as needed. In fact, we have a long history of providing excellent service to our regular clients, many of whom have been ordering from us for almost 10 years.
    Regarding your issue, please know your parcel was delivered within our standard turnaround time. We strive to ensure we could process every order in a timely manner. And we believed that we've achieved it in your order.
    However, having your stickers printed overseas was really a big deal, then we apologize for asking assistance to one of our branches offshore. We do this to accommodate bulk orders we receive daily, yet we make sure that the quality of our stickers remains.
    We understand your sentiments, and as much as we endeavor to fulfill your expectation, we would like to ask for your kind understanding on this matter.

    Hey there, just wanted to drop a line about a recent horrible experience I had with StickerCanada. I ordered some stickers way back on May 30th for a conference in July I was attending. I figured there was plenty of time for them to arrive, but nope, they never did.
    Tried sorting it out with the folks at StickerCanada, but they were a dead end - wouldn't give me a refund or even a credit. So, I ended up with no stickers for my conference and lost the money I spent.
    I gotta say, this whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're thinking about getting stickers for something important, you might want to think twice before choosing StickerCanada.

    While I appreciate your acknowledgment and the attempt to clarify, I must emphasize that the delay wasn't due to "unforeseen" circumstances. Your team didn't start on my order for two weeks, and there seemed to be challenges with executing simple dye cuts. I was proactive and transparent about my deadline from the beginning.
    Additionally, dealing with your finance team was challenging. The refusal to process a refund required me to request a chargeback through my credit card company. I hope future customers don’t face similar challenges.
