  I was almost panicking as I prepared to move from Victoria, BC, to Edmonton, AB, but I never expected the experience to be so pleasant. * ***** * *** ***** ** ******** ** **** ****** ** ** ******** *** *** ******* MTS Moving is a small, family-run company located in both Mississauga and Calgary. The owners' father and his assistant did an outstanding job loading my belongings. They worked incredibly fast while dismantling my bed, kitchen table, and sofa, carefully packing everything for the move. ** * ****** ********** * ***** ******* *** ************ **** *** ******* ****** ***** *** ****** ************ ** ******* ****** **** *** *** **** *** *** ******* ** *********** *** **** *** ******** ** ******** *********** ** *** * ************ ***** ** **** **** *** ****** ****** ****** ********* *********** ***** **** helped alleviate my moving-related stress. I had packed my belongings well, and we had access to a dedicated elevator in my building, allowing us to complete the move-out in under three hours. After receiving the invoice, I raised a concern about an unexpected $600 charge labeled as a "Long Carrying Fee." To my surprise, they waived this fee since it was not included in the original quote or my understanding of the additional fees. They also stored my belongings in Calgary without any charge for almost two weeks and delivered them the day after I took possession of my new house. The new crew was kind and very careful with my belongings—nothing was lost or damaged. They perfectly reassembled my kitchen table, bed, and sofas. I collected six quotes for the move, and MTS Moving's estimate was about 10% lower than the next best option. I highly recommend MTS Moving. I genuinely appreciated the people who helped me move.   Hello, I called now to speak with a sales representative to get a quote. When I shared with him that I am comparing rates and companies, he was not impressed. When he shared with me that the price includes insurance coverage and it was lower coverage ($1.5) per pound and I told him that there are other companies offering me more $ value compared to what your company is offering, he responded, then, go with them and refused to give me a quote.   We moved within city with MTS moving. Really like their professionalism. I call MTS for a quote and spoke with Matt, he explained the process in clear and concise way, then Tommy visited my place for a free estimate. His estimate proved to be accurate. Then on the moving day moving team Vin, Ajay and Masood arrived on time. Best thing about the moving team was their positive attitude. It was a long day for them but they completed their job in timely and professional manner and with great care for the household . Very hard working and professional folks.   MTS was exceptional to deal with during what was a difficult time to need a moving company. The standout was the communication with the team members. Initially this was Sam, and then follow-up communication with Charles and other Dispatch staff. Sam was the reason I booked with MTS - after comparing their services with other companies. Apart from the fair pricing and double the benefits for any possible damages, he was friendly and informative without being pushy. There were some last-minute changes in pickup and delivery times due to weather conditions, which was understandable. It all worked out as needed; I never had to wait for a call back or have to deal with someone 'new' during this stressful time. The movers who picked up in Edmonton, and those those who delivered in BC, were fast and careful. Everything arrived in good shape and they were clearly invested in providing good service. I am happy to have chosen them and would highly recommend to others.

  The best customer service experience I've had in a long time! I recently moved between provinces ***** *** **** ***** *** *** ** **. From the initial estimate (which was very reasonable) to the final unloading, MTS handled everything with care and expertise. The movers were courteous, strong, and worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition. They even took the time to wrap and protect our furniture, ensuring it all arrived safely.   For my first cross-provincial move from Toronto to Edmonton, I did some research and chose MTS Moving. Matt provided a clear explanation of the entire process and was transparent about all potential surcharges during the video call estimation process and I appreciated the weight scale tickets they provided before and after the move. Mike and their team did an outstanding job, carefully labelling, wrapping, and protecting all my belongings, including my TVs. They provided a delivery timeframe of one to three weeks. I received my items in around two weeks. I highly recommend MTS Moving for cross-provincial moves. Long-distance moving usually is stressful and items are at risk of being damaged or lost, but MTS Moving exceeded my expectations. **** **** **** ********* **** ***** ****** ********** *** * ******* ***** ****** *********** They safely delivered all of my items to my new place without any issues.

  Recently I had to move from Toronto to Calgary and I cannot praise MTS Moving enough for the outstanding service they have provided. My first impression when I spoke on the phone with Matt assured me that they were willing to make this whole process smooth and stress-free for me. This move was incredibly important to me, and I needed a moving company I could trust completely. While I received cheaper quotes from other companies, MTS was the only one that alleviated my concerns and earned my confidence.
