    Provided a service in June (2 week rental of a hospital bed). I paid in full in April for this rental to reserve the bed but they billed my credit card monthly again in May, June, July and August. I was eventually refunded each time and assured that my file had been altered to ensure it would not happen again. ****** ** *** **** **** ******* **** ****** **** ************ I have been told my only recourse is to get a whole new credit card number. The ************ of their customer service department is unacceptable

    Try to buy a scooter got a quote they would not honor after only 4 days later they did a **** and switch offered me something else I could not use. Very disappointed I thought bad customer service I have to deal with two people to get a quote that they would not order. I have never been dealt with like this in my past whatsoever * ** * ****** * ** ******** ********* ******* The customer service here is terrible no respect whatsoever
