"Hired Kidell as he assured me my 84 year old mothers snow would be removed quickly as she lived 10 min from his yard (have since gone to check this address and no business exists at this address)He made excuses of her single driveway not being cleaned of the snow! Truck broke down, Enployee not well, his employees showed up twice and puked the snow at the side of the driveway so she couldn’t get out, I had just had shoulder surgery but had no choice to go remove the snow!" ...
