      They sell ******** ******* and do not properly refurbish it before selling to customers and it does not even state anywhere in their ads that the pc was use dor refurbished in any way anywhere

      The company was working with us in April to fix the computer problem, however as soon as we reached the year mark they refused to solve the problem. The computer was almost a thousand dollars and never woked right and died before it was a year old.

      I have purchased several (10+) refurbished PCs from this reseller. For the most part, they have had decent prices.
      However, they use ******** SSDs in their products, which have an abysmal failure rate. I have lost more than 5 drives within the last year. They just die, and then you have to buy a better brand to replace the ****** drives they use, and reload the OS and apologize to the customer for the data loss.
      On top of that, one one of these machines that I had to restore the OS, the digital license was revoked, and ********* stated that it could not be activated, as the previous digital license was unusable.
      I reached out to their customer support for assistance, hoping they could provide the original digital license or even an activation key in order to get back where I was when I purchased this computer.
      NOPE. They took OVER A WEEK to respond to email, and I left several voicemails as their hold times were in excess of two to three HOURS.
      After they replied, they stated that they needed proof of my purchase from them, which I provided, both in ****** order #'s as well a photo of THEIR sticker they put on the side of the computer.
      Then they tell me how to reinstall the OS and activate the digital license. I tell them I'm a tech expert, I already know how to do all of this, and ********* has revoked the license they used to activate this computer. I told them they either re-used that license on multiple computers, and now they are in trouble, or they bought a **** key from China that got 'caught' by ********* and now wouldn't activate.
      They refused to offer assistance, stating that I was using the wrong version (******* ** ***) to activate, which, again, I provided PROOF in my order # and screenshots that I was attempting to activate the same OS that I purchased, from THEM.
      This issue went on for almost three weeks and I was forced to buy my OWN license in order to get my customer happy again.
