    ****** ** *** *** **** ******** We rented a bus for a team building event for our hockey team on February 7, 2024. They were 10 minutes late for pick-up, which I wouldn’t even mention but based on what happened should be shared. ?We were taken to the venue as expected. When we were ready for our agreed to pick up time (10pm), we were told that our driver was “stuck” in Barrie on another job, and it would be another hour from our original scheduled time. We had a group of 10-year-old hockey players with parents and siblings (many much younger than 10 years of age) who were expected to wait outside. Luckily the venue allowed us to break some rules to find shelter from the brutal cold. We waited for an hour (now 11pm) and then we were eventually told our driver would not be picking us up. We were assured by Nancy M. at this company that we could all take ***** home and this would be covered by the bus company. We had many bags that were still on the bus containing our personal items. After this horrible experience they only covered half of our **** costs AND it took almost 2.5 weeks to get our personal items back. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!
