      ********** ******* Here is what I experienced. My sales person was pleasant and inviting. I was asked if I just wanted a quote or would purchase now. I responded I could purchase now. Then they asked if I had insurance and I answered yes. With this information in hand the transaction started. I was immediately advised to get the package which included the latest model and technology. I thought this was fine, I had insurance and my doctor advised I get a CPAP machine which included some of these features. I ask a few questions about the features and received accurate answers. **** ****** *** ************ I was quickly showed the machine and suddenly a bag was being filled with extras that were presented to me briefly with a very short explanation. I declined and we moved on. I asked about filters and told to change every 2 months and the machine came with 2 filters. I then said I wanted a year supply of filters. This was all happening very fast. I filled out a form with personal information while a sales receipt was being generated. My form was collected and I was handed a payment terminal. The payment due seemed a little high but I knew these things were expensive. I paid. Payment transaction record was stapled to purchase receipt placed in a folder and handed to me. The items I declined were then presented to me again with a statement " You take this". I though I don't need this but ok it's being included as a bonus extra. Everything was being rushed. My purchased items were handed to me, there was another customer waiting so I took my things and left. I got home reviewed the receipt, itemized list and pricing. The extra bonus items were there and the extra filters all with outrageous prices attached to them. All sales are final stamped on receipt.
