  They cut parts out of my car when I decided not to use them after the price had changed 3 times. What should have been a 330 dollar fix has become.e 900-1200 dollar fix. **** ****** ** ** **** *** ** *******

  Allfix double charged me for service and when called several times for a response I was given the run around. Emails were responded to with we will contact shortly. I was referred to the service provider and he never called back even though the company promised he would. The company refuses to detail charges on invoice but labels everything service. I was charged over $100 for a part under $20. This company is not trustworthy and has dishonest practices. People should be aware of their unethical practices.

  ***** **** *** ********* I ordered a new single car garage door from them in late March for $3,300.They said 7-8weeks. I called today and they said that my order was cancelled. I asked who cancelled because it was not me! They avoided my question but said that they could still provide the door but because I was reordering they would have to send me a new price because the style of door I ordered was more expensive.   Had 2 cables on my garage door replaced. The technician had to come back 3 days later because the cable came off the wheel and was tangled around the spring. A week later the same thing happened again.
  Asking for my money back for the service but not the parts and will have it repaired by a different company.

  Technician gave me the run around and said he couldn’t program my car without $510. He originally told me $330 but said he needed a code from dealership for $180. I said no and he sold me the key stating it would program to my vehicle - dealership said I was sold the wrong key.   **** **** **** ***** ******* *** * ***** **** ******* ** **** *** **** *** * ***** ******* *** ** ***** When they came to look at it and size it up, they said no problem it is a standard size door. He said it might be a little bit smaller so might just need some wider trim. Gave them the go ahead. Said he would be here Tuesday at 2PM. At 3pm hadn't heard anything so called and he said he was a little behind and would be there about 5PM. Shows up and the start ripping out the old frame which went OK. Then they go to put the new one in and the need a piece of would to level the frame, so they have to go to the store to buy a piece of wood. They did get it in and it does function, however the caulking on the outside is disgusting *** ***** **** * ***** * *** *** ** *** They must have run out of white caulking so just used some grey that they had. On the inside it is 1.5" set in from the wall, which I asked are they not going to put something in that which they said no that is the trim which you didn't want us to do. They said they would do it for more money. I explained how he described it to me when he gave the estimate and after a lengthy argument he took $100 off the price. It was 9PM before they finished and it was fairly dark on the porch so didn't get a good look at the caulking until morning. ******** ****** ***** I called the company and they asked for pictures which I sent and have attached here. They did not return a call after that. When I called I got nothing but the runaround and was finally told that they could come out and fix the caulking for an additional cost because I hadn't paid for Caulking for the door. I argued that any Window or Door installation comes with caulking but got nowhere.
