    I have been a valued loyal customer from London you need a cab my entire life I was born and raised I'm 36 years old I can't even fathom the total of funds that I've spent using this company and they pass judgment against me after multiple trips never having issues of payment asking for upfront payment from me in order to take a taxi at 10:00 at night on a Sunday evening and the driver can 648 along with the dispatcher 215 both will not acknowledge that I have never had an issue with payment and disrespect me past judgment decide that because I feel as if I'm being mistreated and that it is not required of me to pay up front and that the driver can have the dispatcher authenticate my trustworthiness they decide that they're not going to provide me the drive to my mother's and that rather lose me as a customer then do good business and keep the customer happy they have now lost my business all together I will never use their services ever again they don't value my earn money I've spent they judge people because a driver feels like he needs to be paid up front because of some people pulling games but when dispatcher can pull up my history and show the amount of money I've spent and how long I've been a valued customer and that I've never given him any problems I'm a white female 36 years old no reason to give the man any worry that he's not going to receive payment I'm not a criminal I'm not out to scam him so yeah unfortunately this company doesn't value the harder and dollars the city pays they treat their customers like shit they need to hire a new driver because he's now lost a long-standing client and now has lost the company a large amount of Revenue from me
